1. Online booking from Website

• Open the website of Virgin Atlantic from any browser on your device and open the page.
• You are required to give your destination and departure city names and after that, select the travel date and then click on the option search.
• Now from the list, select a suitable flight as per the timings and price and click on proceed.
• Then enter your personal information like name, age, contact information and mail id and proceed for payment.
• Make the payment and you will receive your tickets on your mail.

2. Booking Through Mobile Application

• Download the Virgin Atlantic mobile application in your phone and install it.
• After that, you are required to do the sign up using your credentials.
• After the main page appears, you will have to enter the departure and arrival airport or city's name along with the date of travel.
• Now a list of all available flights as per the selected date along with time and price will appear on your screen.
• Select the most suitable flight from the list and proceed for payment.
• Then you have to enter the passenger details such as name, age, contact information etc. and proceed for payment.
• Now pay the amount and you can download it on your device.

3. Booking from Counter

• Visit the nearest Virgin Atlantic counter to book your tickets.
• Speak with the executive and provide your travel details.
• Now the executive will search for a suitable flight as per your details and provide you with some options to choose from.
• After you have selected a flight, you will have to give your personal information and then make the payment.
• Your tickets will be reserved and a printed copy will be given to you.

Know the baggage policy and check-in of Virgin Atlantic

1. Baggage Policy- Except the Economy light class which is allowed to carry one hand luggage, all are allowed to carry one hand luggage and one checked in baggage as per the weight standard of Virgin Atlantic.
2. Check-in Policy - You can check in your Virgin Atlantic ticket any time after booking till 4hours from the departure from their website or you can even get it done at the Virgin Atlantic counter at the airport.
