AeroMexico is a Mexican airline that has been flying all around the world for the last 90 years. It comes in the list of the oldest operational aviation companies in the world. How will I purchase flight of AeroMexico?

1. Booking from Counter

• Visit the counter of AeroMexico at your nearest airport.
• Speak with the executive present at the counter and place your query.
• Now you will be asked to provide your travel plan, like your destination city name along with departure, date of travel, round trip, multi-city or one way.
• After receiving the details, you will be given a list of flight options along with the timing and price of each flight and you need to choose one from the list.
• Now give them the passenger's personal details such as name, age and contact information and then make the payment.
• You will get your flight tickets on your registered email ID and a printed copy shall be given to you.

2. Booking from Mobile

• Download and install the AeroMexico mobile application on your phone and get yourself registered with your credentials.
• After signing up, on your screen you will see the place where you will have to enter the destination and departure city or airport names along with the date and click on the search button.
• A list will come on your screen with the available flights on that day along with the price of each ticket.
• Select a flight from the list and proceed for entering the passenger details like name, contact information, age etc. and proceed for payment.
• Make the payment online and your ticket will be booked and download it from the application.

3. Booking from Website

• Search the website of AeroMexico on your device and open the website.
• Now on the homepage, you will see the search option, where you need to enter the flight details like departure and destination city and date.
• A list will open on your screen with all the available flights on the respective dates. The timing and prices are also mentioned.
• After that, from the list select the flight and then, proceed for payment.
• Now enter the passenger details and make the payment and receive your tickets on your email.

Important Points

1. Baggage Policy- AeroMexico allows every passenger to carry one hand luggage along with one personal bag within the permitted size and weight. Check in luggage allowance depends on the fare type of the ticket.

2. Check-in process - There are two ways for you to complete the check-in process of an AeroMexico flight. You can do it yourself online from the website of AeroMexico called as web check-in and download your boarding pass instantly or you can do it at the boarding counter of AeroMexico and get your boarding pass.
